We require a minimum of 1 day's notice for most orders. For elaborate custom designs or wedding cakes, we recommend booking at least 5–7 days in advance.
Orders cancelled more than 48 hours before the delivery date receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may attract a partial charge. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
